These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 345wni (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 345wni website and its associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 345wni platform. Continued use of any part of the 345wni platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

Use of the 345wni platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 345wni does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

345wni reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated in accordance with our legal obligations.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and preferred payment method — is accurate, complete, and up to date.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 345wni account. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual, whether under the same or different details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, 345wni reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wni login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any transactions, bets, or actions carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 345wni of any suspected unauthorised access.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your 345wni login.
• Never access your 345wni account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.

345wni reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other point deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

345wni processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. The minimum deposit on 345wni is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the relevant payment page within your 345wni account.

Deposits: All deposits made to 345wni must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 345wni accepts no responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the user. Deposits are generally credited to your 345wni account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 345wni account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 345wni account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 345wni reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud checks, additional identity verification, or investigation of suspected terms violations.

Currency & Fees: 345wni does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, certain payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which 345wni bears no responsibility. USDT withdrawals are processed at the market exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

345wni offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your 345wni account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x) will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — please check the specific promotion for details.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses on 345wni are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unclaimed or that have not met wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Prohibited Bonus Strategies: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on 345wni:

• Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or promotion more than once.
• Systematically exploiting low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false information to claim a bonus for which you do not qualify.

345wni reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected, and to close the accounts of players found to have engaged in such activities.

All casino games available on 345wni — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by 345wni, prior game results, or any player's account status.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the 345wni sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. 345wni reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the integrity of an event is called into question. PSL and cricket betting markets are available subject to event scheduling and market availability.

Bet Acceptance: 345wni reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed in error, or bets that exploit pricing discrepancies. Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per player account.

Technical Issues: In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, 345wni will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's account to its correct pre-error balance. Where game rounds are interrupted and cannot be recovered, any stakes wagered in the affected round will be refunded to the player's 345wni account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345wni platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using 345wni to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or otherwise attempting to use the platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to access or operate a 345wni account or to obtain funds from the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any involvement in, or knowledge of, outcome manipulation.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to play casino games or place sports bets on 345wni.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the 345wni platform by persons under the age of 21.

345wni is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base in Pakistan and internationally. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem — and we take our duty of care to those players very seriously.

Player Protection Tools: The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 345wni account holders and can be accessed at any time from within the account settings:

345wni does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. While we endeavour to maintain maximum uptime and service reliability, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall 345wni's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 345wni account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. 345wni is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through normal gameplay. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

Termination by 345wni: 345wni reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected engagement in prohibited activities including fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• Any action that 345wni reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by 345wni due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your 345wni account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

345wni reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 345wni will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email notification or a prominent announcement on the platform. Non-material changes may be implemented without prior notice.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by 345wni in accordance with its licensing obligations. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits 345wni's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
